Where possible, we reuse cardboard boxes that are still up to the task of protecting your orders. You may from time-to time see boxes with evidence of multiple trips on their skin. These have been checked for integrity and reused to reduce the carbon footprint of your order.
Boxes that do not make the cut are also shredded and reused as packing material to keep your order safe.
When required, we are more than happy to visit your hospital in person for a consultation, however if you wish to connect remotely, we will be happy to book in a remote video call instead. This helps to reduce the CO2 impact of our consultations by reducing the time spent on the road.
Have you ever received 15 boxes for 1 instruments order?
By default, we will hold your order until it is ready to be delivered in full. This will ensure that you do not have to keep track of multiple deliveries for the same order.
This further helps to reduce our carbon footprint by reducing the number of deliveries we make to fulfil your orders.
With proper care and maintenance, the surgical instruments we distribute can have a useful lifetime of many years. By not replacing your surgical instruments as frequently, you are further reducing your carbon footprint.
